By applying for the Al Fathiya Foundation Scholarship, applicants agree to the following terms and conditions:
- A non-refundable ₹100 fee is charged for each application.
- All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful.
- Scholarship funds are to be used solely for educational purposes.
- Decisions made by the foundation are final and cannot be contested.
- Misuse of scholarship funds will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
